As an additional service to bgl clients, we ensure our residential property market value reports meet the required validity standards. Our reports are personally prepared by our people, not computer-generated. As a unique property measurement, maths-based system, which calculates all the distinctive features of a property, our reports have greater accuracy and substance and are preferred by auditors compared to generic computer-generated reports.
We specialize in the difficult, complex and unique properties that others can't do, so that you never get stuck in not being able to complete a return for clients.
We do residential properties only, not commercial properties.
Our property reports provide the required valuation evidence to meet all legislative regulations (S35B1 and 8.02B), audit standards (ASA 500 and 540) and ATO requirements (QC26343), with no exceptions.
How long do you wait before you get your reports? Often on the same day or within 3 days, as if we have many requests, it make a day or so longer. Please let us know if yours is urgent so we can do it straightaway.
